Return Policy

This Sales Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return products purchased from Taaralaxmii.

1. Eligibility for Sales Return

  1. Customers may be eligible to return products purchased from Taaralaxmii retail stores, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
  2. Sales return is applicable only for items purchased from the store and not applicable to made-to-order, customised, or specially commissioned jewellery.
  3. The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Conditions for Return

  1. Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, along with the original tax invoice and/or certificate of authenticity.
  2. Jewellery that has been altered, resized, repaired, damaged, mishandled, tampered with, or affected by chemicals shall not be eligible for sales return.
  3. Sales return shall be permitted only to the customer in whose name the original invoice was issued or to an authorised representative with valid authorisation and identity proof.

3. Sales Return Process

  1. Upon acceptance of the sales return request, the customer may exchange the returned product against another product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
  2. The sales return value shall be issued in the form of a Credit Note equivalent to the net bill value of the returned product.
  3. Net bill value means the invoice value of the jewellery inclusive of making charges and applicable taxes, but excluding any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  4. The Credit Note shall be valid for a period determined by Taaralaxmii from the date of issuance.
  5. No cash, cheque, or bank transfer refund shall be made against returned products.

4. Exclusions

  1. Sales return shall not be applicable for:
  • Made-to-order or customised jewellery
  • Products not purchased from a Taaralaxmii store
  • Products returned after 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Products without original invoice or certificate of authenticity
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

5. Inspection and Acceptance

  1. All products submitted for sales return are subject to inspection by Taaralaxmii.
  2. Taaralaxmii reserves the right to accept or reject a sales return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or return conditions.
  3. The decision of Taaralaxmii regarding acceptance of sales return shall be final and binding.

6. Modification of Policy

  1. Taaralaxmii reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this Sales Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any such modification shall apply prospectively to purchases made after the effective date of revision.

7. Governing Law

  1. This policy shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by Taaralaxmii.
