Terms and Conditions
JEWELLERY PURCHASE DISCLAIMER & LIMITED LIABILITY AGREEMENT
1. Inspection Before Delivery
The Client confirms that they have fully inspected the jewellery at the time of delivery and are satisfied with the quality, finish, stones, metal, craftsmanship, and overall condition. Any testing by a government-approved laboratory must be requested and completed before taking delivery.
After delivery, no claim of manufacturing defect will be accepted.
2. Nature of Product
The Client acknowledges that the jewellery is handmade, may contain natural and minor variations inherent to handcrafted work, and must be handled, worn, and stored with care.
3. Maintenance Requirement
The Client agrees to bring the jewellery to the Seller at least once every six (6) months for routine inspection of prongs, settings, clasps, joints, and overall structural integrity, as these naturally loosen or wear with use. Damage caused due to wear-and-tear, accidental impact, mishandling, or lack of regular inspection is not the responsibility of the Seller.
4. Exclusion of Liability
After delivery, the Seller shall not be liable for:
(a) Stone loss, prong damage, metal deformation, cracks, dents, or breakage occurring due to usage, impact, moisture, chemicals, perfume, sweat, or storage conditions;
(b) Any wear-and-tear or deterioration occurring over time;
(c) Any defect arising from repairs, alterations, or resizing carried out by anyone other than the Seller.
5. Limitation of Damages
In all circumstances, the Seller’s liability—if any—is strictly limited to the labour/repair charges of the jewellery only. No refund, replacement, loss-of-use claim, sentimental value claim, consequential or incidental damages shall be payable.
6. Binding Agreement
By signing below, the Client agrees that this document forms an integral part of the sale and waives all claims beyond what is expressly stated herein.
